Dr. Kate Smith
Dr. Kate Smith received her Naturopathic Doctorate degree from the National College of Natural Medicine and is a certified Holistic Pelvic Care™ practitioner. She is trained in diagnosing and treating neuroplastic pain conditions and is certified in Pain Reprocessing Therapy. Her personal journey with chronic pain created an opportunity to study mind body medicine whole-heartedly. She brings a holistic, compassionate, and trauma-informed approach into her practice to help others experience healing and freedom from chronic health conditions. She currently lives and practices in Portland, Oregon.
Laura Plankis
Has worked as a pelvic physical therapist for seven years, graduating from Chatham University. She has her certification as a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and experience working with chronic pain, intrapartum care in pregnancy, as well as a variety of pelvic health conditions. She lives in Fort Collins, CO with her husband and their 2-year daughter.
